The Dorset Walk will go ahead this year (we hope).
In light of the vaccination programme coming on line in early January and with the Health Minister suggesting that life can start to return to normal around Easter, we are very hopeful that by July the pandemic will be something we are able to finally look back on.
The outlook is promising and we are desperate to get the charity back up to full capacity. This will be the 13th year of running the Dorset event. Last year we were nearing 400 participants. This year we don’t know what scale we can expect. The scale and size depends on you…
The timescale for sign-ups may need to be shorter and perhaps the capacity reduced. As ever though, be reassured we will be as many spaces available as possible. We hope that schools feel that in the coming months that will be able to commit to the event.
This year could deliver several milestones, one of which being we expect to break the £300,000 mark in terms of funds raised.
