TMWF Community Charity Outreach
TMWF is committed to working with it’s local community and the people who support us so tirelessly on our fundraising endeavours. With this in mind we wish to offer, where possible, the free use of our outdoor equipment to local people and charities to help support their charitable events.
We consider local charity outreach to be a core component to what we do. Over the years we have amassed a large stock of outdoor equipment which we use sporadically throughout the year. Our intention is to offer, where possible, the free/cheap use of this equipment to local people and charities. For a small fee this equipment can also be used for other events – the money raised will go towards our own charitable projects and to maintain the equipment.
To keep costs to a minimum, equipment will only be available to the following areas and recipients must be willing to assist with the setup and take down:
- Huntingdon
- Peterborough
- Ely
Equipment available at this time could include:
- Marquees
- Mess Tents
- BBQs
- Generators
- Tables
- Benches
Suggested hire prices (for a 1/2 night use):
- White 10m x 5m marquee £200
- Big Green Mess Tent 7.5m x 5.5m = £150
- Small Green Mess Tent 3.25m x 5.5m = £75
- Benches and tables = £50/£75
- Other items tbc
The pictures are of the two white marques (10×5) and the small green mess tent (3.25×5.5). The large green mess tent is as pictured, just twice the length.
