£2500 Tech Donation to Peterborough City Hospital

After a request on social media to support the cancer ward at Peterborough City Hospital NHS. We made contact with Daryl Williams (Game Swap Shop UK) and PCH to see if we could help.

Today we arrived with £2500 worth of tech to help support patients, and their families, as they undergo their treatment.

Providing the opportunity to ‘escape’ the situation even for such a short period will make such a difference.

With the help of 4 Ken Stimpson Academy students, the equipment was delivered, unpacked, setup up and road tested!

Mario Kart was the order of the day with a KSA student defeating her peers, the gaming team, the hospital staff and the school staff!

The team on the ward were absolutely blown away with the donation and were so excited for the difference they know this equipment will make.

As donations and support go, this was quite a special one.
